Terms and Conditions- We need a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value at the time you place your order. We cannot book production time or begin work until we have both. If you cancel your order, you must pay in full for any work completed or in progress.
- Please make all cheques payable to XOXO.
- All designs are the copyright and property of XOXO. You, nor a third party, cannot copy any part of the design or reproduce it in any way.
- It is your responsibility to get permission for any copyright material, for example hymns or poems that are to feature in the stationery.
- We make our stationery to order for every customer and have no stock items. Therefore we only make refunds and exchanges if goods are faulty. You must tell us in writing about the defect within three days of receiving your order. XOXO accepts no responsibility for the affect of ageing on the materials used.
- We make our products by hand. There may therefore be slight variations - these natural variations are not faults. Colour reproduction is as accurate as possible, but may vary slightly from the original article.
- XOXO reserves the right to substitute alternative materials if they become unavailable.
- You are responsible for the proofreading of all text and copy in the proofs supplied. We will not begin production until we have received signed proofs from you.
- XOXO is not responsible for damage to your stationery after it leaves the design studio. This includes damage during delivery and subsequent posting to guests.
- Designs that feature small parts and decorations are not suitable for small children.
